I’m Stephen McAuley
Who am I?
I’m a runner who has learned—through both breakthroughs and setbacks—that the real finish line is never just about speed or distance. It’s about growth. It’s about discovering what you’re capable of when you lean into challenge and trust the process.
Running has been my greatest teacher. It’s taught me resilience on the days when everything feels heavy, patience when progress is slower than I’d like, and joy in the small wins that add up over time.
That’s why I coach. Because I know running is more than a sport—it’s a way to transform your mindset, your habits, and even how you see yourself.
My role isn’t just to give you a training plan. It’s to help you think differently about what’s possible, to guide you through the highs and lows, and to remind you that every step forward matters.
At the heart of it, I believe running connects the dots between effort and possibility. My job is to help you see those connections—and to run toward the strongest version of yourself.
